Frank is a snake! He forged my signature to disperse the warranty money to him when I was not ready for him to do the work on my 2014 Audi Q7. I confronted him about it and he said the claim would have been void and he did me a favor. I told him to just get my car fixed. Then he took my car all the way to Illinois 100 miles to and from city. He deactivated my mile wise from Allstate and I thought my battery just went dead because it was there for about three months. I go and pay him what I owed he pulled my car out and I had to go drop my other vehicle off and walk back to get my car from frank.
