Highly recommended. They're professional, friendly, & communicate well. Had rear wheel bearings done on a Subaru...one replacement was defective and failed after 3 months, and Wallen took care of it quickly. I was in a separate predicament with another vehicle and they were very accommodating.

Very disappointed and won't be back . Took my Lexus in that showed signs of a bad battery. After a days worth of testing; they conclude it's the altenator. Another day later i get the car back to find out the exact same problem has not been fixed. A friend then told me to take it to Orielly Auto parts store and they will test the battery for free . Went there and sure enough it was the battery, so rather than go back and give Walden any more of my money, I replaced the battery at Oreilly that they put in for free! Should have gone there first. Walden clearly saw me as a new customer and was going to get what they could out of it. Double check or stay away is all I can say.

They helped save this car from being scapped at what I believe to be the most reasonable price. I was not in a rush- so timing was not an issue for me. Money was though and the communication I received and options was very appreciated. A big thank you to those who helped and I'll be back when the timing is appropriate with the truck I need a few things fixed on.

This place is amazing, great owner and staff. They did a brake job (all 4 rotors and pads) for my 2014 Subaru Outback for 1/3 the price of one quote I got in Michigan City and less than half the price of a second quote in MC. Work is perfect. Matt didn't try to replace calipers that I didn't need. I told them that it was fine to when I dropped it off, but he said they were in good condition and simply cleaned and lubricated the slides. They also fixed my rattling heat shield at no cost. This place is the best and you can 100% trust them and their work. I will never take my cars anywhere else.
