What an unexpected and wonderful experience I had purchasing a car from Auto Hub! What a wonderful family business and I was so honored to see Eric, Chelsea and Tyler all working together to make deals happen. I was there for a while as I had a complicated case since I filed for BK less than a year ago. However, I got the vehicle I wanted, they gave me more than I expected for my trade-in, and went to bat for me when it came to the bank asking for a down payment. Eric also took the vehicle and got new rotors, calipers and pads put on to make sure I was safe for the trip home. They really jumped through some hoops to make the deal happen and I am so grateful. I immediately drove the vehicle 2 and 1/2 hours back to Bend, and the vehicle drove smoothly the whole way. I would definitely shop

We decided to visit Auto Hub after weeks of searching for a family vehicle and we are so glad we did! Erik was so nice and understanding of our situation and did everything in his power to make sure we were leaving happily in our new to us Traverse! He was very upfront about any cosmetic issues and even offered to have the TPMS light repaired for free! Without a doubt will be returning here!

Don't bother with scummy used car dealers. Genuine care for the customer is right here. Tyler was absolutely fantastic in helping us find a reliable car within our budget! Highly recommend!
