We were looking around at different places for a new truck ended up seeing a few at the show location. So we went to see price range what not (we had $15,000 cash but were willing to finance for a little more) well they did not have a truck we liked in our price range (did not drive any) he told us to go check out the Pocatello location they have and soon as we left called the location and told them to not let us test drive any trucks unless we were pre approved. Well we found a truck for $13,000 we liked and they would not let us test drive it even after telling the guy I have the money in cash to buy it he still fought with me that I have to get pre approved from a bank to buy the truck not sure what the issue was but I’ll never shop here again. Horrible customer service
