Auto Impact II

Got several quotes from around the area and Auto Impact had the best price, so I decided to go with them. They had great communication while fixing my truck. Anytime I called they were great at explaining everything. When I got my truck back, the paint job was excellent and they went above and beyond when detailing it. I feel like I got a lot more than just what I had to pay for. If I ever need to use my insurance, I’ll be sure to use Auto Impact for the repairs.

My insurance company suggested Auto Impact after I was rear-ended. I’m real glad they did. Marcus did a great job with his communication about the repair process. I felt like I had clear expectations going in. This company managed to do even better than I expected. Great work moral all around. I was so impressed I went ahead and got a personal estimate for some pre-existing damages. Their prices are too good to pass up, so I’m coming back next week to pay and make my ride look brand new again. Very impressed by the mechanic, can’t rave about him enough in this review. Would suggest to all my friends.

The Auto Impact team took great care of my Cadi. She is my baby and I was very nervous about having her repaired after my accident. Marcus and Fred did a great job of explaining everything to me while I was there in person. Turn around was actually 2 days quicker than expected and I am incredibly impressed with how the repair turned out! Can't recommend highly enough, absolutely great team at this location!

it was a good experience. the young man that did the estimate. on my vehicle was very detailed on the process of the repair . so I had them do the repair. he kept me updated on my repair .
