Auto-Lab Express

This was my first time at this shop. When I pulled up, two guys were relaxing since there were no cars to work on. They were nice, but I was the one asking all the questions. The oil change took 10 minutes, and I was scared to ask why it was so short. Not scared for my life, but I didn't want to cause problems. I left with no windshield wiper fluid and I paid 67.99 for an oil change that I am not sure was done right. Total rip off, lesson learned, I will never switch shops again. Stay away from this scam place. Overpriced!!!!!! Workers don't look happy, just blah

Just got back from having my oil changed and it was a GREAT experience!! Noah was great!! He truly knows how to treat customers. He actually opened up early for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I also LOVE that I literally live less than 10 minutes away from the business.

They always give good service prices a reasonable, but they don’t honor their hours. Went by at 4:30. They were already closed. Went over next day at 11:30 still not open

I was very impressed with the service I received from Noah and his team customer service was top notch. They are not pushy I expressed I wanted my cabin filter checked, windshield wipers and I was about 400 miles before my oil changed. I got a estimate and timeframe I went ahead with the oil change.
