I want to start by sharing my journey in Park Forest, where I’ve proudly called home for the past 20 years. Over the years, I’ve relied on Lifetime Auto for several of my vehicle repairs. While their services may come at a slightly higher price, the peace of mind that comes from knowing they stand firmly behind their work is truly invaluable. Having recently retired and embraced the joys of being an empty nester, I now have a little extra cash to indulge myself, and I decided to treat my Hummer H3 to some much-needed attention. First time using this place for auto repairs and it was the first choice and BEST choice. I needed a full recon of work done on my Toyota rav4 and they went through everything I needed to fix asap and what could wait. I initially spoke with James on the phone, he told me I could bring my car in same morning and it will be checked thoroughly. Then I got the break down of everything with Matthew and it was a lot to cover but they offered me financing, since the maintenance was such hefty bill; which in turn allowed me to approve the work and let them get started right away. It was finished same day AND I got approved for the financing and was able to pick up the following morning. These guys were phenomenal, did my ball joints and my rear end! Great prices on both and extremely fast and polite service. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back here for future maintenance needs! James and Matthew were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable!

I wish I can give them -10 stars. I drop my car off to get my brakes fixed Monday morning. They said it was gonna be fixed Tuesday morning. My husband picked the car up and the mechanic did not fix the brakes he ordered a part we didnt need and told my husband he need to call it a lost on our 2023 vehicle and buy another vehicle because our brakes cant be fixed. Like what?!?! Charged us almost $700 for the part he supposedly fixed. Took our car to another shop and the first thing they said who ever tried to put this part on didnt put it on correctly. Not only they didnt fix what we needed fixed he didnt even fixed the thing he said we needed and he fixed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE IM WARNING YALL NOW. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!
