sold my kids grandmother who works…. a 2011 Nissan Murano 3/4 years ago that experienced total transmission failure. She has been great at normal maintenance. As well as smaller manageable repairs but this is too much. My kids grandma is out of working vehicle now. The dealership refused to assist, negotiate, or provide any fair trade-in options, leaving her with an inoperable vehicle while still making payments. I believe this is an unfair and deceptive business practice targeting an elderly working parent.and I will be open to changing my review once our situation changes. This is unacceptable. Do not recommend at all.
