Andrew was very attentive and also followed up with me after I purchased my SUV. The customer service was 5 stars from everyone I met with. The purchase process was quick, we arrived for an evening appointment and had time to test drive, ask questions, and finalize the sale within a couple of hours! They helped my mother get into a new (2022), reliable vehicle, and jumped through hoops to get her the best deal on her trade in. They really are awesome and understand the needs of their customers. They kept the buying experience fair, and because of that I can rest easy knowing my mother has the most affordable option for her lifestyle. The sales Manager at the location in Newtown Square, and the salesman Bill Holcomb were wonderful... They understood my financial situation and worked with me, so I could trade my old car which was in really bad shape to a newer affordable car with a great warranty.... I recommend this place also because the workers were all honest, and answered all my questions... Thank you.... Service Dept is awesome as well...
