Customer service goes a long way. I was planning on giving a one star review but that’s totally turned around from the customer service experience I received after I initially had an issue. I purchased my car about five years ago and it is a Hyundai. Hyundai are known for oil consumption. I already had to have an engine replaced, which was under the extended warranty, which I purchased, but then it happened again. Two engines in the same car needs replaced within five years this time it was not covered under a warranty because of the mileage on the car. Needless to say auto lenders stepped up and help me out. I purchased a vehicle a few years ago for my son which is still running great. I had such a great experience that I decided to go back to ACP for my daughter’s first car. The staff was helpful and easy to work with. She loves her new car and I highly recommend anyone go to ACP for their next used vehicle!

Great customer service and repairs. I've come in at least three times to fix our and they've always done a great job. Their prices are also WAY more fair than the other places I've been to. Absolutely recommend these guys for car repairs!

Andrew Kligerman, the Service Advisor, was professional, friendly, and honest. He sincerely cares about the customer. He explained the details, of steps the mechanics team would take, to determine what was needed to repair my vehicle. I appreciate that he took the time to discuss the possibilities of what could happen, should further repairs be needed, & approximately how long the repairs may take. This was the most positive experience I've had with Auto Lenders Repair Center. Andrew should be recognized for his excellent customer service.

SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. My experience with AutoLenders (Berlin/winslow service) has been nothing but lies, cover-ups, and complete negligence. Sold certified needing brakes and rotors all the way around immediately after purchase. 3 pads and rotor jobs in 10 months before handing me a caliper recall.. I brought my car in for caliper issues, and the service manager (Rob) told me it was going to Nissan for a caliper recall. I was handed paperwork that clearly showed ONLY the caliper recall. But behind my back, AutoLenders authorized Nissan to perform an IPDM recall update — without telling me, without my permission, and without disclosing it in writing. After that undisclosed recall update, my car went into electrical chaos: – ABS/AWD/CVT warnings – system resets – limp mode – BCM electrical
