I dropped off my 2022 Lexus is350 F sport AWD today for a transmission drain and fill , also had the antifreeze changed I must say that all was 💯 correct. I'm very happy with the service I received Alicia and David are top notch people who truly care about your needs, that's very very hard to find these days , I want to give a BIG THANK YOU and you will definitely have my business from now on.

Highly recommend . David the car technician was excellent. I had several issues wrong with my vehicle and he gave me an honest straight up answer and we got into the solution. It cost but you get what you pay for, which is quality work, no cutting corners and excellent services. Very family oriented.

I love David and his staff. I have some trouble with my used Jeep and he has been so meticulous and patient with me. He explains everything thoroughly. He has the experience to help you with American cars. I got stranded in Tennessee. Luckily I was able to get a tow to his shop.

Scammers and con artists. They said they took my fuel tank off and put it back on and nothing would work without replacing the pump for with they wanted to charge me 2,000 dollars for. Told them id have it towed back home. I tapped the gas tank with a hammer and my pump was working again. They didn't touch my car and charged me 450 dollars just to get it back. I've filed a review with the bbb

Auto Master of Hickory was a very positive experience for me and my husband. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and went above and beyond on customer service. We didn't have to wait all day for the finance decision ( like at the big dealerships). We recommend this business to anyone looking for a vehicle.
