I was visiting family in Orange Park and Jacksonville when my check engine light came on and my D (drive light) started to flash. This had me pretty freaked out as I didn't know what was going on and didn't live there. A friend recommended Mark at Auto-Metric to me. I have an '07 Honda Pilot and was told he was the guy to go to. They couldn't have been more right! Mark was easy to work with, great with my screaming kids and was able to assess the problem quickly. He was SUPER flexible with my busy schedule and was able to squeeze me in when it was convenient for me. The problem was a simple fix (Thank goodness!) and I couldn't have been more pleased with the price or the service. I will definitely go back to Mark if I have car problems the next time I'm in FL. My husband's car broke down and Mark was able to talk my husband through what to do over the phone to get the car going so we could get it to the shop. He ordered the part needed and had it installed by the end of the very next day. Great service, terrific mechanic work, and very reasonably priced.

I had a coworker call after leaving for lunch, frantic, because her brakes had just gone out on her car & she was stuck in a parking lot with no idea how or where to get the car fixed. Her husband works out of town so she's acting as a single parent most days & relies on her vehicle! Mark & Matt @ Auto-Metric were wonderfully helpful & made the repairs happen same day. I'm glad to know that there is someone that I can trust to treat my friends & coworkers with honesty & great service.
