I had an excellent experience with Auto Motives. Patrick got my Audi Q7 in very quickly and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue. His communication was outstanding — he kept me updated through both phone calls and texts — and had the repair completed much faster than I expected. The service, communication, and pricing were all top-notch. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed and will definitely be returning for any future service needs. Highly recommend!

I took my BMW 328i into the shop because of a burning smell, smoke coming out from the engine, and some leaking fluid I had noticed. After the diagnostic, they said it was leaking coolant from coolant turbo lines causing the issues. They also noted some leaking from the rear pinion seals, but that wasn't as urgent. I had the coolant lines repaired immediately which I will note kept the car running cooler and there wasn't the same smoke and leaking fluid. I called a couple days after I had my car back to replace the pinion seals and I spoke with Patrick who asked me to remind him to order the parts because he was busy. My stepson got his first car after graduating is the Audi A3 bought a bunch of parts cheap on eBay Chinese maid just excited to upgrade his car. I took in the Pat at Automotive to get advice on it. I did a bad eye said he can do it. I’ll be at eight hours later and tons of customization for the cheap parts. He got it done with a smile made my stepson very happy. The shop went above and beyond and they didn’t have to. I’ll continue to trust them with all my cars upgrades, general maintenance and I recommend them highly especially when driving that I-70 corridor.

I believe they have good mechanics, but don’t trust them to handle your warranty claim and the owner has anger issues. Our turbo went out while pulling a skid steer on I-70 and we had our truck towed to their shop for repairs. The mechanics seemed to do a good job on the repairs as we made it home 6 hours away with the skid steer in tow and the truck had no issues once it was finally fixed. It took 3 weeks for them to deal with car shield and get approval and the parts and get the repairs done. However, they had a hard time dealing with car shield and getting them to pay the correct amount. They called and said the truck was fixed so we drove the 6 hours out to pick it up hoping they would have it worked out with car shield and the bill would be paid by the time we got there. Life saver, (Diesel Pickup Truck) My truck is my lifeline, I didn't have a clue what to do when my truck went down. You guys had me back on the road in less than 24 hours, Thank you. You went above and beyond to help me back on the road. I could have easily lost a week sitting around. I lost a bolt 🔩 out of my EGR somewhere by the Eisenhower tunnel. I truly thought it was a water pump, (basically I lost all my coolant). They are truthful and an honest shop replaced the bolt and sent me on my way. 100% recommended.
