I am updating my review after receiving clarification from AUTO NATION CAR SALES. At the time of purchase, my experience was positive. Communication during the sale was clear, staff were professional, and the transaction itself felt smooth. I understand that I purchased an older vehicle and did not expect it to be free from future mechanical or electronic issues. I also acknowledge that, under Ontario regulations, a Safety Standards Certificate confirms roadworthiness only on the date of inspection and is not a warranty or guarantee of future performance. The entire process was thorough and professional and very accommodating to personal financial requirements. Absolute SCAMMERS. Looked at a vehicle, they showed me the Carfax dated a day before a massive accident. When I discovered the accident, I asked for my deposit back, and they are refusing to give it. Now I'm getting OMVIC involved because they won't give me my money. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!! The GM has previous probation with OMVIC for NON DISCLOSURE! Look for yourself on the OMVIC website!!

I bought a certified used car from Salman and soon found ongoing oil & coolant leaks. Despite inspections, the issues were never properly resolved. A vehicle sold as ‘certified’ should not have these problems. Very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I hope there is less than one star to give to this guy. He is looking for a garbage cars from marketplace in Windsor all around then he listed again on marketplace He used black silicon to close the rust holes underneath and spray black undercoating then he tell me no worries will pass safety. Don't trust him
