From one real person to another: I noticed they had a fairly large inventory. I saw 4X4 trucks, SUVs, coups and even a few sports cars ect.(all appeared to be in great shape). After being preapproved online, we made it to the office at 9 o’clock at the time there was just one person working and she said to be patient because she had to answer the phone too. I was standing by a desk when a gentleman walked in no greeting no smile, and I said, excuse me as he brushed pass me , not off to a great start. After seeing that, some more paperwork was needed, and some forms needed to be downloaded. We proceeded to do that at one point we left to go get a letter from our employer. They had to take the car to get a GPS put in the gentleman could see that this was the only woman that was working there as he left to go outside, and she was still stuck, trying to help us and answer the phones.
