Auto Perfection Detailing

I left my 2021 Ram 3500 with Craid on Friday 25 March at 1145. He said it would be done on Saturday. I asked for his best package, which includes engine compartment and interior. When I called today, because he didn't tell me it was done, he said it was ready. My buddy that dropped me off took me back to my truck. Craig was not there, and the truck was NOT done. The engine compartment was still dirty, the floor mats were still dirty, the carpet wasn't even vacuumed in places, the door sills were still dirty, there was mud still inside of the rear wheel well. I called Craig and told him I was unhappy with the work, and I would not be paying that much ($200) for what was done. Craig did a great job for a fair price. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment. He even gave me a ride back and forth to Saugerties downtown while I waited for the car to be done. I would highly recommend this service.
