I cannot say enough great things about this company. Jim and Lauren took my car in that had been butchered by another painter. It is a rare old BMW painted in a difficult color. Not only did they repaint most of the car to show car levels of perfection they maintained constant communication with me and gave regular updates. They were able to immediately pinpoint the issues with the paint from the first painter. The paint matched perfectly to the original paint. The work was so good that a friend of mine brought his car to them for a complete teardown and full repaint. Anytime there was an issue with the car they brought it to my attention with a clear cost and strategy to fix the issue. These guys know what they are doing, they're honest as the day is long, and I wouldn't hesitate

I had a fender-bender on a 2021 Lexus NX300. This business provided a quote $2500 and fixed the vehicle. At pickup the final insurance price was $5300. I would NEVER recommend this business. They repaired the alleged air conditioner compressor etc a million other “warrantied repairs”. No complimentary car wash. They did not even return the front end sensor to the manufacturer compliance, (vehicle can become inoperable if sensor is activated) they asked me to turn it on. Unbelievable! Yet true. I believe they over inflate prices especially in insurance claims.

Initial experience was ok, but if you expect them to give top notch service it's better to go elsewhere. The willingness to make good on a problem that was caused by them and the choice to sub out work to another company was like pulling teeth. Almost 6 weeks to diagnose a steering problem and days on end with no returned phone calls for messages left. As far as the body work, they did a good job and I have no complaints about the quality of that work. But the way that I, as a customer, was treated towards the end was absolutely disappointing. An entire year of dealing with a problem that was not caused by me, and quite a bit of money as well, just to be met with the stonewalled demeanor of the owner. Will update after having to seek legal help in the matter

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this incredible auto body shop, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service and professionalism. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The staff there were friendly, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care about me as a customer. They took the time to listen and thoroughly explain the repair process. The repair work itself was absolutely flawless. My vehicle came back looking as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I cannot recommend this auto body shop enough!

They did amazing on my car! Lauren at the front desk also was amazing with communication always kept me up to date with what was going on!! 10/10 would recommend
