Auto Perfection Racine

A few years ago, I started with Auto Perfection because it was in a convenient location. Over time, I quickly realized that this place is a little different than the others. Obvious pride in workmanship here, top to bottom. I especially appreciate being able to count on a decent wheel alignment: something Ive found elsewhere to be a lost art at this point. Every car Auto Perfection has aligned for me has been spot on, every time. Modern or vintage. In this day of "that's good enough", "can't see it from my house", and "I doubt they"ll ever notice", this shop stands out. Good service is hard to come by nowadays, but can still be found here. Much appreciated.

Customer service, quality of technician’s work, cost, and warranty are excellent. You won’t find better! My 2012 Honda CR-V had a concerning timing cover oil leak. They thoroughly addressed it, replacing only the necessary parts. They communicated with me throughout the process, gave me a shuttle ride to/from work, provided detailed info about parts/labor/prices, and effectively completed the job. I was treated respectfully, and know that I was charged fairly for outstanding work. I most definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Auto Perfection.

Heard about the awesome service you get at Auto Perfection, took my car there, and I wasn't disappointed. Ryan and Scott are true professionals. They showed me what was wrong with my vehicle, and explained it to me how they were going to fix the problems. These guys are true professionals, and if perfection your looking for getting your car fixed, these guys are for real .

The Service Manager, Ryan, is fantastic. He is professional, courteous, and kind. I have taken my car here for a variety of repairs and they always do an amazing job. The repair work is done in a timely manner and you can tell that the staff cares about providing quality service.
