Tilsner is the best around. Awhile ago I had some work done after a shovel fell on my car and they exceeded expectations. Recently I got fairly deep scratch and took it to them where they were able to buff it out to the point it's practically gone. The kicker is they didn't even charge me. If you need work done on your car I wouldn't hesitate to take it here. Very kind, friendly, and professional!

I chose to go to Tilsner after I was estimated over 4 grand to fix cosmetic damages by insurance. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All around great customer service, communication and attention to detail. The team here definitely has your back as a customer, unnecessary and costly replacement pieces that weren’t damaged yet still flagged were left fine as is, that money went towards what my car really needed at the time. I cant imagine how much I’d have missed out on if I went anywhere else! Got my car back better than expected, freshly detailed even some cookies on my way out. Added before and after photos. Tilsner did an awesome job! The color of my car is not a common one, but they matched it perfectly. With the body work and detailing, I swear my car looks just as good as it did the day I bought it. Whitney was so pleasant to work with. She encouraged me call anytime with questions and her estimate of the timeframe for the repairs was pretty spot on. We had hail damage paintless dent removal at Tilsner. They were just wonderful people to work with, and the job was exquisite on a like new Elantra hybrid. I would recommend they to anyone. Very good with the customer.

Just left Tilsner and my car looks brand new!! My car has been in 3 accidents. The 1st hit and run. Tislner fixed my car and it looked brand new. The 2nd hit and ru. I took my car to where my insurance suggested. The paint did not match. I asked about the replacement not matching and was told it didn’t match due to wear and tear on the paint. Once again, someone hit my car. I took my car to Tilsner and the paint matched. Everyone at this company is very friendly and customer service oriented. I was able to leave the rental there. Plus, I didn’t have to come out of pocket for the additional cost. That was not provided from the check I received from said insurance company.
