Called all over Northern Virginia to find AC parts for my Ford, every dealer either didn’t have it or was overcharging. Finally one of them recommended I go here. I talked to Dean, he confirmed the parts were in stock by putting eyeballs on them and informed me that they were large so I needed a big vehicle to pick them up. Also, the kicker is the parts were $300 cheaper than the dealers.

I like the place and the staff working like fast machines. I love the fact that there was plenty of woman. I love the friendly atmosphere and the staff cleaning the car by hand inside out was wonderful. They all seem that they enjoy their job. There was a box for tips in a side, what strike me was that the box was not transparent were you can see who tip or not. The message I got was to prevent stress for the customers if they don't have change. I felt more willing to tip the hard working employees because I don't feel pressure. Please go there and get your car clean fast if you are a person with very limited time. 5 stars hands down👍👍👍👍👍

Autoplus was my favorite auto parts store when Mr. Miller Greg was working there he retired last year and they have a new owner . If you buy a part and you have a warranty on it he will replace it without any questions as long you have the receipt. The rotors and brake pads I bought last year exactly May 22 2023. They’re gone bad my same mechanic who installed them told me that I still have the warranty on them and they will replace them since I still have the receipt. But when I called this morning the guy who answered me gave me a long lesson about the breaks and the hit and the highway! Autozone offers 3 years warranty on rotors and brakes. Just be careful with these people. When you buying a part, they will say it has a warranty, but when parts break, they will say it doesn’t however when you buy another then the new part will have a warranty. So basically a loop. Will not go there again or recommend to any. Also if you go there with original receipt, they won’t accept for warranty since now the shop name has changed from which you had purchased the part. Anyway just bunch of scammers.

These guys are great. Went in for a new relay and they told me the other one I had wasn't bad and the problem was elsewhere. Also had the exact battery I needed (and cheaper than online) that I could not find at other places locally.
