Very easy business to deal with. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, communicative and easy to work with. From Lisa, keeping me apprised where my claim was each step in the process, to Mark who was my estimator describing exactly what the repair entailed to speaking with me after he and the adjuster at my insurance company spoke, and answering all my questions, to Dave who worked on my car and described the repairs that were made the whole shop was a well-oiled machine! While none of us want to see each other again, a cute joke in the shop, if I need work done in the future I will definitely be calling them again.

Welp I would definitely say stay away from these people. I decided to retain my vehicle meaning I kept it after the insurance company stated total loss. When I go to pick up my car there were extra damages and they said they received the car like this. They even said it could have been the tow company, which wouldn’t make sense as I was there and seen the whole process. We’re not talking small damages either. It couldn’t have been the tow as the damages are high up and it was on a flat bed. I’m guessing they added the damages themselves to milk the crap out of the insurance company. Not to mention the car no longer drives how it did after the accident, mind you I test drove it multiple times with no problem. They definitely messed with my car and am extremely upset. Stay away from this place. Too many issues to list and describe. Over 30k in repairs to a 35k car. To have a window that does not work. Panels not aligned. Paint chipping. Multiple different shades of black. Can’t drive in the rain because of the window. This is the second car now with issues with this body shop. Not to mention mechanical issues.

This was the friendliest staff ever! My car came back looking brand new and wat before the date expected! I did absolutely nothing they took care of everything. Evelyn was so nice it made me relax after a bad car accident. Thank you guys! Definitely recommend
