I went here for my Audi Q5's regular maintenance and service check. The job was well done and a better performing car was returned the same day. They also do pick up and drop-off in the Woodbridge area which is very convenient. Honest pricing and feedback on the car's performance. Good suggestion with the tires.

Rich and his team are experts in their field. I have a 63 Rambler that several previous mechanics did not know what to do or how to fix the problem and one of them wanted me to have the transmission replaced(that would be a hugh cost). I brought the car to RAM Automotive and they were able to diagnose the problem (i did not need the transmission replaced ) and get the car running better then ever. With a 60 year old car I can’t bring it to any mechanic they don’t have the experience or knowledge with working on classic cars. Rich knows what he’s doing. Honest and will explain everything to you. Also as a big bonus cleans your car inside and out before returning it to you. You don’t find that service anywhere!

I’ve known Rich and his crew for years. My daughter was allowed to bring her car to college this year. I asked Rich to go over it with a fine tooth comb. I didn’t want trouble bringing it up for the 5 hour drive or for the next year that it would be solely with her. He spent the whole day looking it over, test driving it, and checking it from front to back. Of course there were a few issues with brakes and tire rotation since it is a 2011 car, BUT he didn’t try to “find” things to fix that weren’t broken. I trust this place with my cars, but more importantly with my daughter’s car. I believe him when he says he treats all cars like his own family is driving them. Honest, trustworthy, sincere good guy

Historically I have had very bad luck with mechanics for my cars. That all changed when I was referred to the guys at Ram Performance. Rich, John and the RAM techs did an amazing job on the exhaust, radiator, AC and relays in my high mileage Toyota minivan about 18 months ago. The van still runs like new. My wife was so impressed when we got it back from the shop and it was detailed!!! I opened the hood and the engine bay looked brand new—yes, these guys steam cleaned the engine!!! The whole experience exceeded my expectations from the detailed explanation of what needed to be done to the ingenuity & skill to fix what was already there instead of replacing with new parts, saving me thousands of dollars. My car was up to some shenanigans per usual so I asked around for a good local shop as I had just moved to the area. Literally EVERYONE recommended this shop and I see why! Not only were the repairs quick but they didn't just fix what was relayed to them and call it a day, they investigated and got to the true root of the the problems which was a huge relief. Everyone I encountered were personable and downright great to chat with unlike the sterile environment at those corporate chain shops. They have tons of experience and it shows! Not only did they fix my hot mess of a car for a fair price they went the extra mile and washed and vacuumed it. I almost didn't recognize it! I refuse to bring my car anywhere else from now on.
