Derick is super friendly and professional. They update you along the way so you are always informed. He checks out your vehicle tells you what’s wrong and also shows you so that way you know that it’s really what needs to be done and not just replacing things that don’t need to be replaced. He’s reasonable and gets the job done as quickly as possible. I also had some little things cosmetic like bolts that was missing that he also fix for me just because. I was referred to him by my best-friend and he did not disappoint. I will definitely continue to use them.

Worst experience ever! Derek has had my car for over 4 months. During this time he has yet to let me come see my car or better yet just have it back. He ignores my calls and text messages. His wife as well. They have ran out of so many excuses on why he can’t work on my car, that I have asked for my car back multiple times now, his wife put my calls to foward and Derek just ignores me all together now. I gave him 2k back on April 20th for a new cam and other parts that go along with it and he has not shown me my parts he purchased with my money or receipts proving purchase. He last told me he was moving locations because he was kicked out of his last shop on Cooper over a month ago. When I ask for the new shop location he refuses to give it to me. What is he hiding with my car or parts? I

I had issues with my vehicle and was referred to this shop. I left my vehicle with the owner Derick to see what repairs could be done on 01/18/2021. I was told that it would only be a day to see what issues I had with my car and what was causing the engine to misfire. I didn’t hear anything from the owner for a few days. I continued to call/text and even left voicemails regarding my car. My car had been at this shop for about 3 weeks with no answers regarding the issues with the vehicle. I had to drive up on 02/03/2021 from Sherman, TX where I work to Arlington TX (2 hour drive) because of the lack of communication on the shops end. I called/texted so I could just pick up my car and go else where. When I arrived to the shop nothing had been done to my car. Derick then stated that he hadn’t

My transmission he rebuilt Never worked right and completely failed after a few hundred miles. Now from the pics I shared you can see he doesn’t even respond so I can pick up my transmission that doesn’t work. Told me he moved his shop but will not respond to tell me where his new shop is so I can pick up MY transmissions. Last time it took a bad google review for him to actually respond to me. He somehow got google to take down the bad review of mine. But I was a customer of his and he still has my transmissions and will not return a phone call or a text!

He can do everything to a vehicle you could possibly ever need. From changing a belt, to a full blown resto-mod, you would be hard pressed to find something that can not be done at this shop.
