Great service. Brought my car to him twice. He corrected the issue and did his best as a manager to make sure I was taken care of. Major oil leak. Yes it was way more then I planned but it was maintenance that needed to be done. Second time. I told him it was important. I already took an entire week off for car the first time. He understood. Rushed my car. Had it done in few days. Really appreciated that. I have two jobs that require my car in order for me to make money. Im glad he understood. I cant uber my business. Kindness went a long ways. I would recommend and come back.

The guys at the shop did an amazing job getting my vehicle back on the road again, I would highly recommend that everyone comes to them for any vehicle needs. Also they have payment options if you can not afford the full amount, that definitely was a big help. Another big plus is I had multiple repairs that had to be done and they did it all in one day.

Was altogether a great experience that could have only been possible with the honest, professional, and kind staff here at Auto Repair Experts. Came in with a potential exhaust issue, they said they have complimentary pre inspections so it seemed like a good start. They listened to the information I had and what I was looking to get more information on. They did the inspection and noted no issues but requested to keep the car to inspect again during a cold start (for context, that is when I noticed the issue predominantly). I couldn’t leave the car but one of their mechanics and service manager spoke with me about potential causes and what to look for. Absolutely top-tier service. These guys are the real experts—professional, honest, and crystal clear from start to finish. They kept me updated the whole time, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Communication was excellent, the shop was organized, and they got my Alfa Romeo fixed right. If you want a mechanic shop you can genuinely trust, this is it.

After moving to Charleston and having a local Chevy dealership try adding literally $3000 of unneeded services to a simple oil change and tpm sensor repair, we knew we needed to find another car repair option. A quick Google search showed Auto Repair Experts had a lot of excellent reviews, so we gave them a shot. They did the oil change and tpm sensor replacement for a reasonable price and didn't try to add on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. David is super friendly and their turnaround is super quick. We'll be bringing all of our cars here for service and recommend you do too!
