Juan is a fantastic mechanic and one of the kindest people I've ever met! My car had an issue accelerating while on a roadtrip from Houston to Dallas and I was able to get it to Juan's shop in Corisicana. Juan educated me on my car's issues and told me what he could do to help. Since it was nighttime, Juan was kind enough to drive me and my girl friends to a nearby hotel to stay while he repaired my car overnight and even picked us up early in the morning as well. He got my car driveable again and I was able to drive it back home to Houston. The service was phenomenal and affordable. I am so grateful to Juan!! I was stressed because I'd never had this happen to me before and we were far from home, but he really came to our rescue. Thank you Juan!!!!

Battery sign went on at 10pm on the 45 on a Friday night while I was on a 7hrs road trip. I contacted Juan at 10:30pm and he called me back in 15min. He took time to reassure me and explain everything to me, sent the tow truck to me (people he knew and were extra nice which was much appreciated in the middle of the night). Juan then looked at my car around midnight, battery and alternator needed to be changed. Despite the time of the night he never pressured me to make a quick decision I had time to think about it and he reexplained everything to me 10 times, always being super understanding and nice. He ordered the part at 1am and made sure to take me to the nearest hotel so I could spend the night. He said he was aiming at having the car ready by noon and at 11:45am he was calling me, ca

I called In for a pre purchase inspection, he gave me the times or days I could go in. Then he proceeded to tell me absolutely everything I would need check in the car and his experience with the specific car and problems he knew about it. I never went into the shop. But from that one call you can tell he is a honest nice man I will take my car here one day.

Took 7 days to change motor mounts. I brought the wrong motor mounts, instead of just changing them. I was charged another 360.00 for extra work he had to do, so he say. It took 15 minutes of exchanging words before he would tell me the extra charges.. I never got the receipt for the new motor mounts, which cost 286.00. His work did make a difference, but the problem is still there and no assistance , no warranty from Juan after spending 1,560.00 with him.

We were on our way back from Galveston to Denton when our car had trouble. We stopped at O'Relly's around 5:30pm on Friday and found our alternator was going out. The manager connected us with Juan and he agreed to stay late to change the alternator. Juan was professional, trustworthy, thorough, and easy to communicate with. If Auto Repair and Maintenance was closer to my house, Juan would be our go-to mechanic. I highly recommend him!
