This place has been amazing. They are always available to help me when I call. They are able to identify the problem and fix the problem within the same-day depending on the issue. Most places are not willing to help you the same-day. They are very fast and offer discounts. I highly recommend this place. Janeth at the front desk is a sweetheart as well.

I personally recommend this shop. The owner took it in his hands to put priority to my vehicle. I first took my vehicle to Ford dealership with electrical issues just to be charged $1400 and the issue was not resolved. I took it to Recinos and he found the problem and just one day. He charge me a reasonable price and I do highly recommend the shop.

Janet was great and I believe I spoke with Giancarlo who was also a great help and very knowledgeable. He pointed out two other issues I needed to correct.

Been calling for days DURING BUSINESS HOURS, the only time someone answered *other than the first time I called* was either a little kid or someone pretending to be one. Very horrible customer service, and very childish of them to only answer and it be in a disrespectful way. Been waiting for my truck to get fixed, the first time I called to check up she didn’t even know what was wrong kept saying different things. Highly recommend to NOT EVER go here.
