Very unprofessional experience. I was told they were working on getting me approved for a vehicle and that I would receive a call back soon but that never happened. I had to keep calling them myself, and every time I did, they acted like they had no idea who I was or what was going on. It felt like I was getting the runaround the entire time. If they couldn’t get me approved or didn’t have time to help, a simple honest update would’ve gone a long way. Instead, there was poor communication and zero follow through.Definitely not the level of professionalism you’d expect from a business selling cars. I wouldn’t recommend AutoSells4Less based on my experience.

Absolutely terrible experience with AutoSells4Less. These people have no idea what professionalism is. They kept telling me they were “working on getting me approved” and would call me back but never did. I was the one constantly calling to check in, and every time I did, they acted clueless like we’d never even spoken before. It’s ridiculous how they play games with people’s time. If they couldn’t get me approved, fine just be honest about it. But instead, they give you the runaround, make empty promises, and waste your time. This place is a joke. Don’t believe the friendly talk once they get your info, they disappear. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects their customers.

Absolutely do not recommend. My paperwork was incorrect, the lady I dealt with was very rude after the sale, after their mistake. The check engine light came on less than 20 miles after leaving with the vehicle. Now the vehicle will not start, headlights malfunctioning. BEWARE!!!
