Auto Serve

Absolutely phenomenal service. I had a really bad noise in the front of the left driver side and initially when I took my car in, I was preparing for the worst and I thought they would've charged me a pretty penny for it but ,little did I know, Auto Serve is THE place to go. They not only fixed my car entirely but and I also drove away without my bank account crying. Very happy customer here. Thank you Auto Serve!

Brad does all of the work on our vehicles. Honest, dependable, and always great at explaining exactly what the problem is. Albert Lea is lucky to have a mechanic like him. We recommend him to everyone we talk to ever since he worked with Rick before his retirement.

Had them replace alternator and brakes initially. They told me it would cost me much less than what I budgeted for, so I had them fix a few more things while they had it at the shop. Aaaaand, with no extra charge, Brad adjusted a nasty dent in my door so that it would open and close freely without any resistance and ugly creaking (it was really loud before). Definitely returning for future visits.

Brad has worked on my stuff since before he took over years ago. That being said I do mojority of the work on my vehicles but when it's something I can't or don't have the equipment to do.... then Brad is the only guy I trust in town. Nice to see you expanding buddy. Keep up the good work!

If you want it done right, not just clapped together to get you out of their shop, call these guys. They fix it right the first time. Great guys, great service, all around a good shop. Up front on the pricing, no add on extras that you get all the time at other shops.
