I want to say thank you for helping me fix my car. nothing major just a dent on the door but did amazing. unfortunately I ended up a week with out my car said it would be done in 4 days but due to parts issues (I want to say it’s because of weather) but some of the comments made had me wondering if the right parts got ordered but I am definitely thankful for it all. And I am glad they were able to get it done Even cleaned my car inside and out and I am thankful because I wasn’t expecting it!!!

After inspection cleared, it was discovered there was a rear brake light out on the rear passenger side before leaving the parking lot. Also, they used synthetic oil; however, if you look at the mileage sticker, it's good for 4K miles. When brought to Kyle's attention, it was for 5K and it was noted on my vehicle incorrectly because they were "only off by one", Kyle's exact verbiage. "Only off by one" can have tremendous impact, especially on a vehicle that hauls my kids, a baby being one of them. After these two issues I'm the same visit, I have reason to believe my vehicle was tampered with further.

Come for tires stay for good service. It was a pleasure working with the great folks at Dave Syverson. Marty helped set me up with new tires at a competitive price and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and care I received during my visit.

I recently bought my 2nd vehicle at Dave Syverson Ford after my local dealer closed. They have been the closest sales experience as my local dealer. I got a good deal on both vehicles and they made the sales process as smooth as possible. The service department I have mixed feelings about. I had a fuel system replaced and we fought leaks after the fix. They did end up getting it taken care of. They asked me to split the fix on the leak but in the end they stood behind it. I also had a new tires put on a different truck and the wheels had some marks on them after the tires were put on. I never did get a response to that after it was pointed out to the service manager. The sales department gets 5 stars and the service department gets 3.5 stars.
