I am very happy I found this place. I had the best service ever!!! ☺️. Very professional, respectful, responsible, and clean place. I bought a car and was very sad and frustrated because I thought the car I had bought was in good condition. But sadly was not . Franklin Auto service save my car!!! . Each thing that was done to my car was explained carefully. ELECTRIC REPAIR , SOLENOID TRANSMISSION VALVE, TRANSMISSION OIL, COMPRESSOR A/C REPLACEMENT, AIR FILTER / CABIN FILTER . They took the time to work carefully with each part of the car. . I love that they provide warranty. Me and my husband are very blessed with found this place. Not anyone will take their time to help you . This place is not only about the money they do care about their customers. I definitely recommend this place 💯. A

I came here late at night with a flat tire, and they honestly went above and beyond to help me. Even though they were about to close, they chose to stay and fix my tire. The service was fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help when I needed it most. It’s rare to find a place that cares this much about their customers. I definitely recommend Auto Service and Tire Franklin to anyone who needs honest, quick, and reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future car issues.

Leaving reviews is rare for me however I must share my amazing experience. I am so pleased I was able to have my tires changed at 10 pm but it doesn’t stop there. The owners literally took the tire off their car to ensure my safety . I’m am beyond satisfied & grateful . 10/10

Big shoutout to this guy! I was two hours away from home with my family when we had a flat tire. It was getting close to closing time, but he still opened up the shop and took care of us right away. Thanks to him, we’re now back on the road, driving safe and smooth. Truly appreciate the help!

Can we just talk about how late they are open until! I came across this place at 9pm and couldn’t believe that they would accept fixing my tire but they did. I was in and out under 20 minutes. Staff was very helpful.
