Auto Shine Car Wash & Lube Center

Very disappointed with the quality of work. I received the MVP (best package) and it was a huge waste of money. The only thing cleaned on the inside of my vehicle was my RUBBER mats. Dust is still all over my dash/ monitor. pieces of crumbs/small trash (you can’t hand get) still in the cup holders, seats, floor board. There is NO way a vacuum even touched the inside of my car. Horrible quality for their highest package. Id expect this quality of cleaning with a base package. Do not recommend using them.

Comfortable inside waiting area with vending machines and restroom. Outdoor seating area also available.The staff is relatively friendly. As far as cost/value I cant comment because I was given a gift certificate for a deluxe service.

I was bamboozled at the car wash by Jennifer oletool I spoke with the oil change guy and he advised me on the best quick wash and oil change duo. When I went to get my car washed she advised me that the basic would not vacuum everything just a quick run through. The oil change guy advised me upon paying that I was lied to and every wash when vacuuming is the same….. Rocket Lube was gracious enough to give me a certificate for an oil change due to the incident.

My car was there for an hour and 40 minutes today. I left for an hour (after the clerk inside said it would be about an hour) only to sit for 40 minutes more. I watched 8 employees run around looking for their lost wallets, drinking monsters, throwing towels at each other, and making fun of people waiting so long for their vehicles while only one or two others were actually working. In the end they gave up and gave me a partially clean car.

Great car wash. They are thorough and your car is so sparkly when through. Only drawback is that if you want everything done, it will take about an hour so plan your time well. There's nothing they can do about the time. If you want your car cleaned well, it takes time.
