I was very satisfied with the end result they did great there however the lady at the desk is very rude and I call twice in one week and no one would return my call. So finally they called me and said I called you but went to voicemail?? So why didn't you leave a message? You don't take $1,300 for someone and not return there call very rude ppl bit did a great job on my car.

The only good thing to use them for is a tow. Can't say too much on detailing as I wouldn't pay someone to do what i can. But if you need any car repairs not body repairs they definitely pick and choose what they want to do will turn away service or make outlandish quotes to stop from doing work. Got the work done half the cost of the quote they gave me and didn't complain about having to work a bit

Best Collision shop in town. Did a great job on my 2025 Trax. Car looks like it came off the showroom floor. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Thank you for the great work.

We recently had our car detailed at Auto Solutions. It was a deluxe detaling that was donated to the Lincoln Township Fire Department ( Lake George) as a door prize at their recent pancake breakfast fund raiser. A $299.99 value. We were so 'impressed' with the finished result that we scheduled the truck to be done. I have paid this amount or more, and only have gotten the interior and exterior cleaned. Never have I had them clean the bed or engine compartment. I cannot find a spot that wasn't touched. It took a couple of extra hours over the estimated 'day and a half' to complete the work but the final result is impressive. I hit a deer and required tow service, I was far from home in the middle of a road trip. Auto Solutions answered the request by my insurance company. Hunter was the driver of the truck and he was very helpful and really nice. I would highly recommend Auto Solutions!
