Great guy and a great store. He really helped us out when we had tire issues coming home from ice fishing. He had everything we needed and even lent us some tools to fix our issue. Palmers Auto and Hardware is a local run store. Their customer service is better than you will find anywhere else. They have helped me several times with Automotive Issues above and beyond where you will find anywhere else. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for service. As a single Senior their help is so valuable to me and very appreciated. There Hardware people are as helpful. No matter what I need they can find it for me even if I have no name for what I am looking for. Thank You for your continued service and help. There are very few businesses that go above and beyond to provide excellent service these days but Palmers Auto and Hardware is one of them.

Parts best quality for the right price friendly customer service and my go to over autozone or other big name parts stores. Always friendly use them almost all the time vs big parts stores they have deals and quality parts. Get them fast to when they have to order. Plus has a hardware too if needed for home repair.

Went here last week for a muffler. Dropped off my jeep ,waited for the 2 hours they told me it would take. Came back to find nothing done. I was told parts were on back order. I called auto z... and ordered parts to be picked up later in the day. Minutes before me getting the parts for the repair the mechanic called me and said he found the parts. I returned the next morning after the repair was done only to find my 26" muffler was replaced with the wrong muffler 14". The tail pipe dosen't even make it out from the bumper. I was told this is normal for a flanged cv. Ripped off by the manager liar and the lieing mechanic. Muffler already getting loud and carbon dioxide backing up when driving due to the short tail pipe.
