Ginormous THANK YOU to Auto Solutions!! Our truck broke down the day before Christmas and we called auto solutions the day after Christmas and they worked with us immediately by clearing a spot for the tow truck to bring our truck to them right away. We needed our truck fixed the same day so we could tow our fifth wheel camper back home, and they fixed it that same day! What a wonderful experience with them, as well as the fast and great work they did! They had us back up and running the same day they received our truck! Thank you so much Auto Solutions! You saved us! We will definitely use them again if we are ever back in Ormond Beach!

Omg! The owner, John, is my hero! He literally saved me from a stress attack with my car this morning! His staff is super nice, helpful and highly competent at their jobs! Quick. Affordable. Fabulous!

Had water pump replaced. Shortly after I had a water leak. I didnt have time to bring it back in for a few weeks. I was told i needed a new thermostat housing and it had nothing to do with their previous work (1st lie) and that the plastic thermostats crack all the time (2nd lie). I told them you have to remove the thermostat housing to do the water pump and the housing is metal not plastic. I denied the $650 service. When i went to pick up my truck, i was told where the crack “probably” was. So they tried to charge me $650 without actually confirming anything and then they had the audacity to try and charge me $75 for a pressure test fee. It was leaking while running! I told them it was probably an oring and my other option was to have them further check it but then charge me labor if

Took my 2004 Chevy Silverado to get the serpentine belt replaced. I actually scheduled a time using the website which was really convenient. The price was good, it was a few bucks more than the quote but it was because they used a higher quality belt. Perfectly fine with that, I want the better parts on my truck. I'm very picky on where I get my truck worked on, when I got my truck back it's running a lot smoother than it was. Plus I see they do oil changes. I'm coming back for the rest of the stuff I want to get done to my truck now that I finally found a good automotive shop.

Came in with several issues. John took great care to explain exactly what needed to be tested and how much each test would cost before they ever touched a thing. Once they determined exactly what repairs were needed, john personally contacted me again to go over pricing. Once I gave them to green light, the repairs were completed lightning fast. I came in to pay the bill and it was exactly what I was quoted to the penny. My truck rides like a dream now. I cannot say enough good things about John and his crew.
