Auto Spa Car Wash

I am extremely displeased and mad with the car wash. Came through yesterday “got the “super” package”, went about running errands after and saw that my front brush guard which was almost $600 was completely damaged. The tops of each bar is completely stripped of the clear coat and you can see the droplets from the water/ chemicals spots that removed the clear coat all over it. We have some sort of coated marks all over the hood of the truck. And of course there is no email or phone number to contact anyone about this situation.

I use this car wash all the time and it's actually my favorite usually. I don't know if the bugs were worse on my work vehicle this time and maybe that's why it didn't all come off like usual but attached is a picture. Also the purple soap was still on my vehicle in some spots so I had to wipe it off. Overall it has really good pressure and usually does really good with my vehicles. I'll definitely come back. I just hope it does better next time. I got the $16 wash which was the ultimate and the most expensive one the offered. There was even a guy to scrub the front of your vehicle before you enter the carwash.

There is a man named Chris that works here,and I've got to say, he is underpaid. Solid good hand,and a pro every time I use the drive through car wash. Yall show some grace when you see him. White man with a fishing hat on.

Best carwash in a 30 mile radius and definitely best one in Cleveland, all the soap and chemicals seems to set perfect on the vehicle

Love this car wash!!! It's the only one I've been able to go to where I can put tire and wheel cleaner products on my wheels and go through the automated wash bay. The soap they use is great and the clear coat protector gives your paint a nice shine. My big dodge comes out looking like I hand washed it Everytime! Will continue to use it and recommend it to everyone!
