If you value your hard-earned dollar, I would avoid this business. I paid for their top tier service. When my truck was finished, I expressed concern that the running boards were not wiped down. The young man said "Running boards? We do not do running boards". He then became belligerent and started walking away. On closed inspection, only two of my tires/wheels were cleaned, my wheel wells were filthy and my floor mats (that I paid extra to have cleaned) were still very dirty. I asked for the manager who had the young man clean my tires but said the wheel wells were the "machines" job. What does that mean? He would not even look at my floor mats. I asked for the owners name/number After texting the owner, he asked me if I would remove my poor review of his business if he refunded my money

My window still were terribly smeared so I washed them myself and now they are clean. For the price I paid it was not worth going back. I’ve gone once picture 1 I’ve gone back for correction picture 3 my own washing nice and clean.

Tried to go twice today. Waited and waited… nobody came out. Left the first time and went back at 1:40. Waited and waited. Another lady had pulled up and waited. She finally went to ask someone who was finishing a car. His response was there are 2 other workers inside. She enters to get their attention and they’re sitting there with their feet up. She tells them there’s 2 cars waiting. Again, waited and waited to no avail. She goes back inside again only for them to tell her it’s 2:00 and they’re leaving. Needless to say, I went up the road and washed it myself. I had bought a buy 2 get 2 package and wanted to use it. I should have known better when I bought the package. The 2 previous times they didn’t even vacuum the back of my SUV and had to redo it. But I gave them the benefit. I will

This was the first time I’ve ever been there. I told them that I wasn’t sure what I was ordering. I told them that I wanted the inside, detailed, I didn’t really care about the outside It was more about cleaning the inside. It was There was still funky crap all over the interior. There was still stuff all over it was not vacuumed well at all. There were still literal chunks of dirt in the doors. I would not recommend this at all. Definitely wasn’t worth the $70 I paid. I literally had to come home and wipe my entire car down and go vacuum it again and I did a better job.

Auto Spa was a luxury for me. I quit going about a year ago because twice in a row when my windows were cleaned, they were cloudy. The next day after sitting on the lot at work, I could barely see out of my windshield and side windows. I drive 270 into west county for work. It’s treacherous- imagine not being able to see. I thought I’d try again and I had my car washed Sunday. Monday coming home from work I couldn’t see. I stopped after work and a very nice young man tried to clean the windows for me. Today on the way home from work, it was better but still very cloudy. Tonight, I cleaned them twice. They are better but not as clean as I would like. I’ll never go back.
