Auto Spa Hand Car Wash

This is my first and last time attending this CarWash due to the following reasons- My husband had an issue with a scratch that he hadn't noticed on his vehicle as well as a dirty spot and when brought up to the owner he became defensive and started to accuse my husband of having the scratch already in front of the rest of the customers. Not only that, his wife jumped in and told my husband he already looked like he wanted to cause trouble since he first entered and had a high and mighty face. Another reason for my dislike of the place is that my vehicle as well as my husband's was not up to expectations when we asked for an interior and exterior clean up. There are many areas left untouched and as for my car I was left with a spot where the paint chipped off. I did not have that before an

I went to go get my car cleaned and they didn’t do a good job, the outside wasn’t properly dried so there were water marks everywhere, the inside the steering wheel was dirty just as it was before I took it there and my leather seats had also not been cleaned properly, so I called to let them know. I asked to speak to the owner and they refused to let me speak with him and second the lady there was extremely rude was screaming at me wouldn’t let me explain that the car wasn’t cleaned well even though I paid 60 dls for it, and at the end of talking over me the whole time, she had the ordasity of hanging up the phone. Extremely bad customer service experience I will never go there again.

I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE Car wash was subpar and a large dark spot in the hood was not even attempted. When I reached out to the owner, he got incredibly aggressive and got in my face attempting to intimidate me by saying he was going to call the police. I actually called the police on the business and filed a report. DO NOT COME HERE. Owners are disrespectful and don't take responsibility. You're better off going through a drive-thru car wash.

Rude owner!!! When I addressed it. He was very Defensive saying it wasn’t them. New vehicle Scratches around cup holders and left puddles of water in all my car mats. For $64

Be careful. Your car might get damaged. And the person in charge of the car wash will try to come up with something so he won't have to pay for the damages. Look at the one star reviews of real customers.
