Weston and Jose run that desk with such efficiency and stand ready to answer any question you have. Little Blue is my key to independence. She gets me anywhere day or night, in the sunshine or the rain. I must be sure she gets the best care. I have tried others and come home with more problems than she had to begin with…splash guard dragging, smeary Wipers, fluids not topped off! Those things do not happen to her at Auto Spec!! And thanx to Bob for the great Coffee and nice clean quiet waiting area and CLEAN restrooms which are well stocked.
I was a few minutes late for my appointment and they accommodated me without an issue. I crawled under my truck after the oil change was done and it was very clean, a huge bonus and much appreciated. I’ll go back👍
I always have an outstanding experience with Specs. They have the expertise, they make suggestions to save me money, they communicate well and treat me with respect. I would highly recommend them.
Reserved an appointment for an oil change, my first time there for my personal car. I arrived a bit early due to my schedule changing, and they were able to accommodate. It was a seamless oil change on my Mini Cooper, and they were quick, very professional and reasonable with their pricing. Will return. 🚙
Had an oil change on my Mercedes. Good job and like having an appointment where I can wait for it to be done. Good explanation of what was done and fair price. However the oil change caused a pop up warning about the oil change plus they could not reset the original message telling me I needed to change the oil. So now I have 2 messages every time I turn on the car! I was told they did not have the ability to reset this on the 2025 car so I would have to go to the dealer. That was the point of going to Auto Spec. I wanted to avoid the dealer. Also for some reason my personal settings like seat setting would not work. So I got home pretty upset but luckily my husband was able to fix it all in about 30 minutes watching YouTube videos. Just wish I had known about their limitations before I we
