Auto Stop Elite

Best experience I’ve had getting oil change and inspection. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly, and they have an amazing children’s area! I had to bring my 3 year old daughter with me and a week later she is still bringing up “the lollipop phone” where kids can call from it and they bring a lollipop. In less than an hour it was done and went so fast since I could sit and color, read, and play with my daughter. Will definitely go back for follow up oil changes and auto work.

The service advisors Kory and Gene did a great job explaining what was wrong with my Jeep and how much it would cost to fix. They also gave me a very good time frame of when it would most likely be completed! The certified Technician, Mike who completed the very challenging repairs did an excellent job! Thanks again to the entire team of people at Auto Stop Elite for getting my vehicle back on the road in a timely manner and most importantly doing the job right so my vehicle is safe for me and my son to use!!

Hands down 5 stars! You can tell this is a family owned business that cares about their costumers. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The main lobby was very clean, coffee/drink bar available to costumers waiting. They have a large separate area with tables, chairs and tons of awesome things for kiddos to play with! Train table, cars, coloring pages, road signs, building disks- you name it! Normally I have to find a time to go without my kids, but instead I spent valuable time with them playing with all the cool stuff while waiting. They also had a little tower of freebies for the kids! So cute! The bathroom was immaculately clean and they even offered toiletries. They thought of every detail! More importantly, my car was inspected quickly and returned without a list of

The Team was great! I dropped by the shop for the first time to have my wheels re-torqued and they quickly retorqued my wheels at no charge. Gene gave me a tour of the facility and I am definitely impressed. I plan on coming back to have my vehicles serviced there. They work on all types of vehicles and have all the latest in equipment and can even handle alignments, tire mounting and balancing, etc. great crew, extremely friendly service. Look forward to coming back soon to have my vehicles serviced here.

I have used Auto Stop Elite in Sterling for many years and have now started using the Purcellville location as it is closer to where we live. They have done a great job of communicating issues and keeping me up to date on timelines. Thank you Gene and Kory for the awesome experience this visit. Customer service has become a lost art and this shop exemplifies what putting your customers first should be. I will continue to use and recommend for all Euro vehicles. Cheers fellas!
