Road Runner Heavy Duty Towing & Semi Truck Towing

Be aware of price changes on the fly. I really dislike giving bad reviews, but thought it was necessary for others to know what might be coming. I picked Roadrunner because of the excellent reviews and they were close by - almost the next town over. They took down all my information on the call - location and vehicle type. I was informed it was going to $175. They said the price could change depending on how much work was involved. When the tech got there, he spent all of 10 minutes to get me back on the road going again. Then he told me that the charge was DOUBLE. He told me to call the office, which I did once I had time. They said it was because it was a heavier vehicle type. I guess that constitutes for double?!? That’s a bit ridiculous. Especially since they had all my information

I simply cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of our driver. He showed up exactly on time which has never happened in my many years of driving and anytime I needed a tow company. His equipment was in great condition and working order. He took the time for us to finish taking pictures of the accident damage and gave advice to insure we took pictures from all angles. This gentlemen cared about our well being and explained what the next steps were. He even went out of his way to help us lift the hood to view the damage. I will be using this company from now on.

What an awesome experience! The driver came to tow our huge bus and asked what the problem was........locked brakes due to an air line leak. So, he took a look and found the leak and fixed it so we could get on our way! Very happy!

I didn’t catch the name of the driver, but thank you very much to him and the kind staff for getting me out of my situation in the early AM!! He got to me very quick and his attitude brightened my mood as well. I’ve used a different company in the past and Road Runners price also made the situation so much better! Very grateful for them!

Sterling was an incredible person who made sure my family got home this day. He genuinely cared and went above and beyond to help us. Lucky to have met this man who drives a tow truck, and I won’t soon forget him.
