Auto Suds Car Wash

Touchless and self serve carwash that needs some love. The touchless wash did an okay job... it was better than nothing. The property really needs to be cleaned up though. Dirt and trash all over.

I have changed my review from two stars to four stars. Before there was an issue due to a lack of soap and other issues that I encountered during a couple of visits. Recently I have been returning back to this location and have found that they have me Corrections on the issues so that is why I'm giving it a four-star rating.

I've used this place for years. Unfortunately it has gone downhill. Check out the Yelp reviews from the past 5 years. Yesterday, it said $3 for credit card in a self-serve bay. It actually charged $8. Then the pump just stopped working towards the end and I had to keep feeding dollar bills into it to rinse my car the rest of the way. Honestly you are better off using a garden hose and a bucket.

The worst and only option in town. Not maintained and self wash does not function at all. Don't waste your money!

Extremely Disappointed – Zero Customer Service I paid for the top-tier car wash, but the machine shut off halfway through—no blow dry, and the suds cycle didn’t even complete. Honestly, equipment issues happen. That part I can understand. What I can’t understand is the complete lack of follow-through. I’ve now left three voicemails over five days, hoping for a simple call back and resolution. The voicemail system gave the impression that customer service was a priority and that someone would return my call ASAP. That clearly wasn’t the case.
