Recently been a frequent customer; our 145K Range Rover (that has been pretty reliable, actually), finally had a water pump failure. And when we returned from our month holiday the battery was gone; and every possible error code was flashing. And then i dropped it off the trailer in yet a separate incident. Arron just took care of it. All of it. Correctly; efficiently, and communication along the way of knowing what is happening. I will continue to use him.

I went there to have my brakes checked to see if they needed to be bled. He said that they didn't, but my right front caliber was sticking and it wasn't safe to drive. He gave me a quote of $1,000. I thought that was extremely expensive. I got a quote from Les Schwab and it was $350. And that included having the rotors turned. I took it to them and they said nothing was wrong with the caliber. I explained the situation and they had me come back in a few days and still nothing was found wrong. So, this place evidently scams people. Stay away.

Stopped in to see if I could use a air line to fill a low tire, skinny fella said no free air then proceeded to become very aggressive and flipped me the finger as I drove off. I wouldn't take a broken wheel borrow to these dirt bags. Poor attitude and nasty....not a recipe for a successful business.

I don't normally write reviews but as a new Sprinter owner in Hood River who has had several disappointing service experiences with Mercedes dealerships in Portland, as well as another local service provider who charges the exact same rates as the dealerships, I was referred to Gillco as another local source for Sprinter service. From the first encounter with the advisor, to the automated documentation process and of course the actual service I received I was overwhelmed. I did not think these type of service providers actually existed anymore. Very knowledgeable on Sprinter service and reasonably priced. They have a new customer for life and if you own a Sprinter in the Gorge, and don't want to deal with the stealerships, this is your service place !
