Brought my car for service, they cracked my windshield, brake caliper fell off after having brakes done here, instead of taking responsibility, blamed it on other problems. Took it to another reputable mechanic shop, the mechanic told me the calipers were never screwed back in. Very sloppy work. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. Every time I brought my car to them, I had to turn around and bring it else where to fix their work. Not to mention, a 30 minute job takes 2 days for them.

Everything was good at first you know you fix my car got my car back to me a few days later same problem brought it back to you made me pay again for the same problem fixed it. It did it again. I’ brought it back to you. You made me pay again. Got it back. It broke again same problem. You made me pay again But you’re telling me it’s not on the warranty I think some kind of Compensation for having the same problem that you supposedly fix would have been ok Now I try to get in touch with you And it just seems impossible for me to get in touch with you.

I went for my first time here to have my car checked out and Mr. James was very straight forward and honest. Didn't try to rip me off as a woman like most mechanics try to do to women. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and his prices are very reasonable. His wife made me feel very comfortable during my time there. They took very good care of me. Mr. James is my new go to place from here on out. Very professional and honest with his customers. Thank you Mr. James and his wife for all y'all honesty and making my first visit a great one. I highly recommend going here for all your vehicles repairs.

Let me tell yall about how amazing this place is. I called to bring my car in and see why it was hesitant to start. They were honest from jump and very transparent about what was going on with my car. They didn’t even charge to look at it. James was very fast and efficient. I ended up doing some additional things and they were able to get me taken care of very fast. HIGHLY recommend this place! I will be using this place from now on. They also do window tint such as brows and windows, and paint correction and wraps as well!

Well...I thought MrJames was a straight up guy but my truck stayed there for almost 4 weeks. I drove passed that place every day going to work and my truck did not move. Radiator was supposed to be changed, said didn't need it. We know a little bit about some things, I'm not a dummy. Radiator still leaks. Oil was supposed to be changed, nope! My husband lost 100.00 a day for the use of his truck. I had originally gave this place a 5.0, for the first visit, which was worth it, but I think this man has too much on his plate!!
