They were easy to deal with. I had my car back in 3 days. The work was labor intensive. Labor cost is $140 an hour. Not sure if that's a good price or not.

This place is so kind and professional. I was taking my father from Hilton Head to Naples to live at an assisted living when a check engine light came on near their location. They got us right in and were able to help. We are very grateful.

We broke down on our long haul from Tampa to Virginia, we called and explained the situation and they did not hesitate to fit us in their busy schedule. They even let us bring our big dog inside to wait for a few hours. They clearly prioritized us and were empathetic and understanding. Everyone was friendly and kind. They also don’t rip you off and have great pricing. Made us feel very safe getting back on the road. We live in Florida, but if we lived here we would use them as our regular mechanic! I first took my car to a local dealership, and not only did they quote me an outrageous price, but they also listed a bunch of extra repairs that really didn’t need to be done right now. On top of that, they said I’d have to wait several days for parts, which meant renting a car even longer and spending more money. I called Auto Tech instead and spoke with Alicia. She was amazing! She worked me in quickly, answered all my questions, and had me in and out with exactly the repairs I needed. I highly recommend Auto Tech for any repair needs. I'm from out of town and Auto Tech came highly recommended. I picked up my Jeep today and was very happy with the work. They were very honest with me and did not try to upsell. This is the place that I would recommend without any hesitation.
