Auto Tek

I had our 2016 Camry SE at 2 different shops prior to taking it into Auto Tek. Lesson learned the hard, and expensive, way! The first national shop just threw numerous parts on and never really completed a professional diagnostic check. The second shop rolled it onto the rack, lifted it, eyeballed it, and gave me a quote. Two different shops, 2 different issues w/quote. After an exstensive search and going through reviews, I landed on Auto Tek. I called and spoke to Aaron about the situation. I ended up getting it in that day and had an awesome diagnosis with pictures by end of day. I agreed to let them do the work. The shop tech, Michael, kept me informed and updated through the entire process. The shop was clean, organized, and secured! The techs know their stuff and very professional.

I chose their 62-point inspection to diagnose the issue, and they were incredibly thorough from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, with honest recommendations and absolutely no pressure to approve unnecessary work. I even came in with my glove box broken from a previous shop (it had been taken apart to change the air filter), and they went ahead and fixed it, which really shows the level of care and integrity they bring to their work. First time going to auto tek and I had a great experience. Went in due to AC blowing hot air and was worried about it being an expensive repair, since it was at the last place I went to, and they were thorough in checking every possible issue and were honest about the one part that needed repair. They recommended some other services but I did not feel pressured into getting those services. Brandon thoroughly explained all the diagnostics and answered my questions clearly. When I get the additional work done I’ll definitely be coming back

The staff was great and got the job done quickly. They also let me know about issues that I would have to address at a later date. Zack did a great job communicating and I really appreciated the report. I could review with all the info before making a final decision. I would definitely take my car back!

I’ve been a customer for years and their staff always tells me straight what needs to be done and what’s a nice to have - compared to the dealerships which always say everything is urgent. They are thorough, personable and do a great job with repairs. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars here for many more years to come!
