Dominic took my call Saturday afternoon, when his shop was closed. I was traveling through PA on my home to SC. After having breaking down on the interstate, he agreed I could tow it to his shop, while I figured out lodging for the night with my children. He called me early evening after and explained the issues, costs and timeframe of repairs. He didn’t have to do that on a weekend when his shop was already closed. I called and made arrangements to have my vehicle at the repair facility. He was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with the vehicle and notifying me of the cost before any work was performed.
