I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop. From start to finish, they absolutely outdid themselves. The quality of the work was top-tier—my car looks better than it did before the damage—and the attention to detail really shows. Sasha and his team were professional, so very pleasant, and kept me in the loop the whole time. No runaround, no surprises, just solid, honest work done right. It’s rare to find an auto body shop that takes this much pride in what they do, but these guys clearly care. Sasha (and crew) are absolutely fantastic in every way imaginable when it comes to vehicle repairs. -Car was damaged while I was parked, I got an initial quote that would've totaled my car; took it to Sasha and he called his insurance guy, and worked to get it under the cost of totaling it. - Cut me a great deal and fixed damage from wear and tear, touched up areas that needed work, and previous damage from a fender bender. -An issue arose with his initial estimate (the paint for my car was more than he had thought); he was up front and met me halfway on the added expense, he didn't have to do that. - from quality of work to professionalism, this place is THE place to go for body shop work. Sasha is AMAZING!!! This shop has earned my absolute highest recommendation and the most respect. I have never experienced such awesome customer service from a garage. I randomly dropped in, Sasha took the time to talk with me, and called me extremely quickly with a price on parts and a price for repair. He understood exactly what was needed and went above and beyond to make sure my car wqs beautiful and fixed while I was at work. I was beyond thrilled and will never go anywhere else again!!!!! My husband and I were driving to his family for Thanksgiving and on the way heading south on I-81 just before hitting Hazleton we ended up clipping a bear and we got very lucky. We didnt just get lucky with our lives but also the damage to the vehicle as well. Long story short, the bear took out the entire driver side bumper, transmission cooler, fog light, pretty much too an entire chunk of out of our Toyota Highlander. We got a little worried that we were going to have to get it towed 30 to 40 miles in all directions because we couldn't find one highly rated auto body shop in the entire area.
