I recently purchased a new to me 2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI from AutoTrader Wholesale, I couldn’t give more than 5 stars and if I could I would. Initially I was hesitant about buying a car from a dealership, but the team at AutoTrader Wholesale were friendly and informative making it a great car buying experience. I’ve already put nearly 1000 hard miles on my car after purchase and have no complaints. From New Jersey to western New York. They are very up front with discussing condition of their vehicles and sell quality products at a reasonable price 100/10 would recommend.

I contacted this dealership about the car I was wanting that they have on the lot. They told me come in no appointment needed. I work 6 days week and Monday is my only day off so I came in on 2/3/2025 around 2:30 looking at the car. I am also looking at 2 bikes and this car, I have test drove both bikes and want to test drive the car to see how is drove. I told the guy I want to test drive it he said no I’m not moving any cars come back when your ready to buy. I told him that I never have drove this car before this transmission and he said it drives good come back when you’re ready to buy. He had a rushing attitude from the beginning. 1/10 do not come to this dealer.

I was very interested in a golf gti on the lot and the color was hard to come by so I talked to the sales person there who’s name I’m glad I forgot and was told the car was in great shape and that I’m going to love it. I flew in 500 miles to buy it, fully ready with a check and when I arrived the car was horribly detailed the morning of and was still being finished as i arrived. I asked for multiple videos from him of the car where he clearly had to inspect it but upon arrival i learned the car had a paint bubble and crack the size of my hand on the side, a very decent size dent on the other and rest in multiple other areas that were not detailed in the video. Also the trunk did not work and I was told it “happened this morning” lol and that he didn’t notice any of the other damage. After
