When I was coming home from my family Thanksgiving, my car was t-boned by a deer, hitting me on the driver's side left back door, quarter panel, back tire rim, and bumper. The seam where the bumper meets the quarter panel was separated, a triangular piece of the quarter panel behind the back tire was broken out, and the tire rim was scratched. In addition, the back door was completely smashed in and had to be replaced and there were scratch marks on the driver's side door. This took place in a highway construction zone so there was no room to pull over and assess the damage or the deer. Fortunately, I was not hurt and the car was still driveable. It’s was a very simple process, which left me with no worries while work was being done. When I picked up the vehicle I was also given a very nice interior detail and exterior wash!
