I was in the market for a Lexus truck for the wife, and in my search came across one that fit the ticket here at Auto Universe. After dealing with several dealerships across the lower half of the states, most dealerships came with some BS when you asked for pricing on paper. Prices would change drastically from the advertised price once you got that piece of paper sent too you. What sold me on these folks was the clarity of the quote. My husband and I have been looking for a vehicle for several months. We found the perfect one and although the dealership was 7 hours from our house, we decided to give it a try. Jay Anderson was extremely helpful from the very first phone call. He was prompt to reply, well mannered, no pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He did a detailed FaceTime walk-through with us, and we proceeded from there. Jay and his Sales manager Lamonte made the process seamless , fair and hassle free for us . They arranged the delivery, and we were communicated with through the whole process. We received our new car two days later .
